Lot 75 is situated in Phase IV. It faces Thunderbolt Drive to the south and Mustang
  Drive to the east.

Looking northwest down Thunderbolt Drive the lot is on the right. You can see the lot
slopes down away to the north and is heavily wooded with mostly deciduous trees and
  several pines.

Standing across Mustang Drive looking north at the front corner of the lot.

Standing directly across Thunderbolt Drive looking north you can see that this lot has a
very large frontage with an interesting curve.

Looking north at the front of the lot. This is a nice size lot with an interesting shape
that allows many different configurations for a house and hangar.

Looking west at the front of the lot. You will have a nice view of your neighbors taxiing to
  and from the runway.

This lot is one of the lucky few to have it's own natural spring fed stream running through it.
It runs down the west side and will make a great addition to your garden.

Back on Mustang Drive looking southwest this lot has easy access to the mail center and the
  front gate.

  2.75 Acres Price $99K
