Our new gated entry
is complete!
This was the largest single expansion project since the original
building of the Runway (May 1998 / July 1999).
It is a true blessing
to be able to look down across the countryside and
see such beauty !!
What a fabulous way to
go into a fall season, on the Mountain!!!
To share the beauty,
privacy and community afforded by our way of life.
The entryway, a real
eye catcher day or night, gives more security. The system has a telephone
controller interface with individual residence listings, so each resident controls the entry of personal guests.
Of course there are
some of us who prefer to take the back roads...
It all looks good
in the photos, but it is a magnificent sight to behold in person. Only 4
remaining tracts available in Phase I... All beautiful with
outstanding views and taxiway Access.
