NEIGHBORS NEWSLETTER -- Happy New Year!

Developers Report

January 16, 2004
Mike & Jill Hardison, Tract # 9, said they were planning to break ground on their place Feb. 15th. Mike (an American Airlines Pilot) has already put in for his transfer from San Francisco to DFW. Boy, we sure look forward to them being full time on the Mountain! (and the Lake!) What a Great Pair !! Visit their Neighbors Page.

January 1, 2004
"Groundbreaking" is the word of the day, as we congratulate Mike & Diana Foote on their basement pour!

Planning Ahead for Phase IV (above) One day this will be the entrance, across from the mail center, for the street that will service our beautiful non-taxiway, hillside estates.

We've also been building our website. In addition to freshening-up many of our pages for the New Year, we've added several new ones.

On the AMENITIES page, you'll find a chronological list of our more major accomplishments (the minor ones would just take too long a list <ha>!), plus our short list of what's on the development agenda for the future.

Read our FAQ and visit our updated History Book for the low-down on how Holley Mountain Airpark came to be and what living here is like.

And to find useful information that makes it easy for you make your dreams come visit our online  SALES OFFICE, then fill out our  RSVP form or give us a call!
