As
we approach our 8th year of development and 7th anniversary of the
first sale
of property here at Holley Mountain Airpark, we are proud to
announce that Phase IV of residential aviation development is well
underway.
We
sold our first Phase I property in 1999. By mid 2006, our community
roster
had grown to 40 families and today we are 76 Neighbors strong.
Now, with only
12 homesites remaining in
Phase II & III and Phase I
completely sold out, we have the details of our final phases of
development being platted, ready to be added to our list of available homesites very soon. Phase
IV is secluded in Hardwood Timber although still having Taxiway
access and beautiful views!
 We attribute this
unprecedented growth to the
unique group of people who have chosen to
make our Airpark their home. Families from 35 states
have
come together here to create an extended family of our own. It is The
Real Deal
here in the Ozarks on Holley Mountain, with breathtaking views,
our own
personal
Postal Center,
Fire Department and
4800' Runway plus HeliPad,
all tucked behind
our Gated Entrance. Secured on a rock-solid foundation of shared
values and built with common ideals, our Holley Mountain family
has the convivial cheer that abounds in General Aviation and an
overarching love for flying.
We like to watch
airplanes land and take-off. We like to look at them parked in our
hangars. We like to soar them through the clear-blue Arkansas skies
in happy pursuit of a
'hundred dollar hamburger' afternoon.
 Most of all, however, we like
to be around folks who enjoy aviation to the fullest and also take
time to do other things: enjoy the 200 acres of natural pine and
hardwood forest some along Weaver Creek with an
exceptional area for hiking, horse
back or 4 wheeler riding trails, ride motorcycles, lounge in a
hot-tub,
scoot a Sea-Doo across nearby
Greers
Ferry Lake or go to Memphis for the weekend,
sometimes with a grandchild or
three on their knee.
