Lot 70 is situated in Phase IV. It faces Thunderbolt Drive to the west.
Looking east across Thunderbolt Drive you can see the lot slopes down away to the east and is heavily wooded with mostly deciduous trees and a few pines.
Looking northeast down Thunderbolt Drive the lot is on the right. This is a large lot giving you plenty of room to spread out.
Standing on the west side of the lot looking northeast you can see the mature trees that fully cover the lot.
Standing on the west side of the lot looking south up Thunderbolt Drive you'll have a view of your neighbors taxiing back from the runway.
Again standing on the west side of the lot looking south up Thunderbolt Drive the lot is on the left.
