Our new gated entry
is complete!
This was the largest single expansion project since the original
building of the Runway (May 1998 / July 1999).
It is a true blessing
to be able to look down across the countryside and
see such beauty !!
What a fabulous way to
go into a fall season, on the Mountain!!!

The entryway, a real
eye catcher day or night, gives more security. The system has a telephone
controller interface with individual residence listings, so each property
owner controls the entry of personal guests.
This entry looks good
in the photos, but it is a magnificent sight to behold in person.
Phase II Tracts are

Phase I of our gated community is now completely sold out. Phase II makes available an additional 25 Tracts that have mostly
colorful hardwood timber in addition to the outstanding mountaintop views
and taxiway access to one of the finest airpark runways anywhere.
