Hope this summer you're headed to share
some space in time with us here in the Ozarks!
The lazy (but seldom
hazy) days of summer are a joy to behold at the Airpark. A time when folks
happen by for a visit, quite literally out of the blue!
And it's also the time
we proudly celebrate our patriotic spirit.

What a deal !! Just a
short while ago, we had 13 flags standing tribute at the Airpark entry
-- just like the original colonies! Now, we have 15, with one flag representing the home state of
each of our neighbors alongside Old Glory's streaming Red, White and Blue!
Just goes to show, good things happen fast at the Airpark!
When we give our best to community
projects, civic duties, and sharing traditional family celebrations among
friends. Dedication, loyalty and volunteerism, that's our flavor of Red,
White and Blue.
In this interest we ask you to join us
in extending heartfelt thanks to local Volunteer Fire Departments,
of which we are
proud to have one. And also, join us in cheering for our regional
Skywarn
team, with applause for the emergency communications service they provide.
And
finally on this same heading, we invite you to join us September 12 & 13
this year for our
5th Annual Holleyfest "fly-in /
camp-out." You'll enjoy a wealth of aviation education, a special
tribute to the Wright Brothers "Centennial Celebration of Flight,"
delicious food and a bushel full of family-style fun and games.
Sincerely,
Jim & JoAnn Collom
