What you see has all been constructed since 1999. Although we are the "new kid on the block" when it comes to the larger and comparable airparks, Holley Mountain Airpark was well planned from the outset, with a naturally beautiful location to start with. We feel we are covering the real needs first -- the runway, helipad, lighting systems, instrument approaches, fire department, water system, taxiways, etc. Our original plan was to pave within 5 years, we did it within 5 months! With indications of prior sales, and the schedule of new home starts for the spring, many other people must also like this progress at Holley Mountain Airpark.

Above we mentioned a lot of the amenities, but we failed to mention the best, THE PEOPLE of Holley Mountain Airpark. You can plan all you want on facilities, but we think it is fate when it comes to being blessed with good neighbors. We are very blessed, because our Airpark has the best alliance of persons assembled to have as neighbors you could have. All are dedicated to the progress that will allow us to live on the absolute finest Airpark anywhere. What could be better than growing old with great friends with a common interest in Aviation ? That is true neighbors !
